Pros
It's a Reliance group company. Creates some top-quality learning content. Good opportunity for content creators in early stages of career.
Cons
The CEO is very arrogant, unprofessional and rarely comes to office. Company culture is a huge problem. Yelling at people, abusing and name calling is a common practice. No CEO meeting is planned. 20-30 clueless people are gathered without any agenda, made to wait atleast 2 hours for the CEO to show up and enlighten us on the next big thing we will work on (with impossible deadlines and no real outcome, ofcourse)!! Getting calls at 1am, being called to office on a Sunday afternoon, calling family members if you are not reachable are pretty normal. Micromanagement at all levels, creating random daily reports and trackers, which are never even used for performance management is a standard practice across teams. Due to poor management, the company is in survival mode with mass layoffs, no increments and variable pay for 2 years. The leaders are clueless about monetising the learning content. Even after 12 years, we are still rebranding old products of acquired companies and pushing them in the market to keep the company alive.
