toxic management, they don't respect work-life balance, makes you work for 12 hours most of the time, saying it's urgent and even calls you after work on Zoom around midnight asking for you to drop everything you're doing and do some "urgent" work. The pay is miserable, will make you work on two positions simultaneously but you'll get no pay raise, just increased working hours.
