Be prepared to drive at least 100 miles a day. Days start at 7 am and end at 6 pm. Incredibly low pay, you’re not paid for your time in office that is required (was not mentioned anywhere in the offer letter) no insurance without marketplace, only 5 days off a year, also a glorified pyramid scheme. Driving door to door as a B2B with leads that haven’t been updated in years. Also reliant on an app that crashes every 2 minutes. Everyone in the office is under 25, and in my month there saw at least 10 people quit. Not ideal for people with families or wanting to make good money without needing to work 15 hours a day. If you don’t hit commission, will be required to sign a new contract reducing your salary by 25%
