What is the salary like at Extendicare?

Good pay and a lot of hours for overtime

Unorganized,and always short staffed, small break and locker room. Management lacks management skills.

Great Residents to care for. Some staff are excellent and hard working

Horrible staffing , heavy units, bad pay, and horrible management who makes the work unbearable. Management work against PSWs. Don’t listen at all. Can’t get vacation on weekends.

pay is not good, they have a messy payroll system, the HRIS system does not work well and they don't want to fix it
