Pros
1. Scope of learning and growth if the founders let you.
Cons
1. There were no processes when I used to work there and the founders won't let you make any process as it hindres their "timeline" because they want instant results within minutes. 2. Founder don't know how to manage a team and how to talk to employees. So rude behaviour. 3. Doesn't give salaries to sales person stating you haven't done any sales (which was not true) and used to abuse them. 4. Every employee left within 6-7 months because of the torture they faced at work due to lack of process and impatient employers.
