This is my first job and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice everyone is, not to mention the hybrid work program (mostly remote) and the patience your peers have for you to learn what you need to know

The pay is good, but smaller than at other companies. Also, in my case the training sessions haven't been well organized. One thing that surprised me is that this isn't a 9 to 5 job, it's 9 to 6, with a lunch hour from 1 to 2.
