What is the salary like at Fleet Farm?

Good pay, flexible schedule, employee discount

Not many breaks or room for promotion

Good people, lots of nice people, discount at store and dealer

pay is pretty bad but for certain positions commission makes up for it

there are no pros to working here

terrible management, low pay, terrible hours, etc

if you like to be around people this is a great place to work and do that

pay is average but there are ways to make more money if corporate sees that you are running your store better than the others

Corporate doesn’t care about store level employees.

I have worked with many great people and gained experience working in customer service. I also got plenty of hours. This is a great first-time job.

The pay was low and management wasn't always the best. I didn't feel the managers were always that professional with how they talked to employees.

The 20% is awesome.The people are nice.Most are so hardworking.THE MANAGEMENT IS INSANELY HARD WORKING!If only the other employees would remember we also have come together to work and create a great place for people to buy things to enjoy life.Great store!!!
