What is the salary like at Flexjet?

Good salary and nice standard office conditions for work. Overtime and travel are paid.

You will work a lot, so overtime is guaranteed, and you travel a lot to UK. Micromanagement is insane, and aggressive behaviour from some colleagues is real. Can be too comfortable working there.

Flexjet is great company for pilots. They offer competitive pay, schedules and some of the best benefits packages possible.

Fast upgrades , nice fleet , paid FAA medical, paid passport renewal, paid uniforms , 3 meals a day paid . parking paid , reasonable PTO , good pay and improving , bonuses aren’t bad .

401k could be better , bonuses aren’t hard to make but seem difficult to maximize, schedule bidding is the pits . Red label can be good with scheduling but can be not so good depending on team mates needs .

Pretty well run operation. It does have some growing pains and logistics issues likely due to high turnover in the ops center. It is a good place to be for professional pilots who want more variety than airline flying. Great benefits.

Although they say we’re competitive pay in the industry, you can still make a lot more money at the major airlines. Logistics issues and nonsensical issues likely due to impatience at the ops center. Non union pilot group.
