Lots of support for both research and teaching. Department culture can vary a lot, but my department is very flexible about how you manage time. Good access to data resources.

Unclear expectations for publishing. Established standards have very high variance. This is intended to allow flexibility in tenure decisions, but makes it unclear for early career academics.
