Flexible working hours, fully remote. Teachers decide when they want to teach and how many hours. A lot of room for creativity and trying out your own ideas. Clear communication from management. Very supportive and collaborative work environment - A big team of teachers support each other, share experience and teaching materials. Fair pay and on-time payments, for these 6 years I have never experienced an issue with the payment. Free access to useful resources and training materials like online books, apps, webinars etc.

The only downside is that you might enjoy it so much, it doesn’t feel like work anymore and with time, regular students start to feel like family.
