Pros
Employees receive a 40% discount, available once or twice a year through a sample sale on the website, with 70-80% off items from previous seasons. Upon starting, employees are provided with a free uniform and shoes. There is also an option for co-creation, allowing employees to design items based on their preferences.
There’s potential for long-term employees to transfer and relocate to different locations, with company support for those willing. However, since this is a small, growing company, many processes are still being developed, so it’s important to advocate for yourself; otherwise, you may find yourself stuck in one position
Cons
I usually don’t write a company review unless it’s really, really bad. There’s no work-life balance, no personal days, and if you’re in sales, be careful—they’ll tell you you’ll make a lot with the 9% commission, but it actually gets deducted from your salary. This company is very poorly managed and seems to have no clear direction. Golden Goose is owned by an Italian company, and while they claim to be diverse, they primarily support their own people. If you enjoy a toxic environment, feel free to join them.
