The role for customer experience was cutthroat. For an entry-level job, it wasn't worth the discouragement and tears. Your work is never enough and they expect you to make work up even after taking time off. For example, I took a holiday off, and I slacked my team lead at the time on my day off and she expected I did emails. It was not encouraged to enjoy the holiday and rest. Not only that, they say in the initial interview and onboarding process that they expect you to be "scrappy and overperform" what they REALLY MEAN is to work early in the morning until late at night and get hundreds of tickets done within a weeks time. Get prepared to overwork yourself for a job that truly does not give back and genuinely is the worst.
