Culty. They have an unhealthy fascination with the founder, Samantha Davenport. Also, when any issues arise, their first instinct is to blame the on-site personnel, whether or not it is warranted. Needs to be noted too that their rent discount for employees is only 20%. Unless you press for it, then the max they are allowed to give you is 50% off.

Salary was good. Bonus structures were ok. High roller program is unlike any other company. Great benefits and time off. Great properties with usually really good ownerships.

Upper management lacks the basic human emotion. Was not around during lease up, or remodeling. Focused on the wrong things. Dangerous situations were brought to their attention and were dismissed. When concerns were brought to upper management attention it was brushed off "moving forward" and the mistakes were never spoken about to the team members who made them. Very clicky. Upper management was not held to the same standard as on site. Team members who tried to do the right thing were let go and lost all of their vacation.

I only have positive things to say about HRP.

- Fair PTO, holidays, sick days, biweekly remote days. I never had a time off request denied. - Lots of company events from Christmas parties, weekly fruit day in the employee lounge, and fitness challenges with prizes. - Nice new office building in a nice location. - Generally not expected to work late until Senior Property Accountant

- Terrible training - inconsistency of procedure from team leader to team leader. - unclear expectations - high employee turnover - Unsupportive and defensive managment. Multiple people, myself included, were written up when we brought up issues with processes and management. If you bring up a problem, you will be seen as the problem. - No career longevity. - No reward for hard work. - Promotions don't come with enough compensation to for the extra responsibilities they include - Pay overall should be much higher for the work load demanded
