There are always growing pains when a company is growing, I have see these effect others but luckily I have had a great regional manager that has managed any change around me flawlessly.

To much change, no 401k

Training, growth opportunities, family feel, support from senior leadership and up, every voice matters, systems, fun OFWG and collaboration

They have good benefits, opportunities to grow

They do not match 401 k...you have to fight to grow wuth the company...and your growth opportunities are based on what your office manager says..so if they don't like you then you will not grow.

Free CEs. Capable of adapting your schedule how you want it. Higher ups are willing to help.

Burn out. Pushing for production numbers, with very little bonusing.

- The doctor is very supportive and straightforward - The manager was flexible and accommodating if you had any concerns/issues

- The benefits aren't the best - Depends on the office location, but the hours can be inconsistent which can be a deal breaker for some - Limited career opportunities unless transferring to another office and/or remote position (if possible)
