What are pay raises like at Heartland Dental?

It really depends on the office. If you have a good dentist and manager it could be an amazing place to work. I’ve worked with some amazing people. It is a great place to network.

It’s very corporate. They don’t give any benefits for working for the company. Insurance is high, they don’t provide dental bc the office you work at is supposed to do your dental work but that cuts into production.. so prob don’t plan on that. They don’t match 401k either. You constantly feel like you aren’t good enough and you should be doing more. If you aren’t scheduled to goal they will send you home.if the dentist are horrible to you remember you will be the first to go. Also, if you can get a pmo job that is prob the highest you can move up. Regional managers are few. The pay is horrible and you can get a raise yearly up to (not guaranteed 3%).

Will not get a good raise and has a top salary that is not comparable with other office does not consider DA’s as an important part of the company. Will not recommend.

Solid training programs that help you build technical skills. Heartland Dental is great at brainwashing their employees that they care; Don’t drink the kool-aid!

Heartland Dental does not value its employees the way they claim to. Compensation is far below industry standards, making it difficult to feel appreciated for the amount of work required. Instead of providing support and clear direction, they create a culture of pressure and unrealistic expectations. Decisions are often made without understanding the impact on those working in the offices, leaving teams to struggle without proper resources or acknowledgment. Turnover is extremely high, and unfortunately, that speaks volumes. If you’re considering a career here, be prepared for low pay, poor balance, and leadership that does not prioritize the well-being of its people.

Job security especially after Covid. The company worked hard to retain and pay everyone

The raises are very basic and for non provider positions the salary doesn’t meet todays financial crisis

No 401k match Everything is a sales pitch they dont care about employees or patients and you never get a raise. They also push too much on one person. Theres no room to grow even though they promise you there is.
