Heartland Dental does not value its employees the way they claim to. Compensation is far below industry standards, making it difficult to feel appreciated for the amount of work required. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent—long hours, high stress, and little flexibility quickly lead to burnout.
Upper leadership is disconnected and unapproachable. Instead of providing support and clear direction, they create a culture of pressure and unrealistic expectations. Decisions are often made without understanding the impact on those working in the offices, leaving teams to struggle without proper resources or acknowledgment.
Turnover is extremely high, and unfortunately, that speaks volumes. If you’re considering a career here, be prepared for low pay, poor balance, and leadership that does not prioritize the well-being of its people.
