Did not pay as much as some other hospitals

Working 12 hours shifts and sometimes short staffed

Flexible hours, hospital was nice and had nicer equipment and resources, patients generally received good care

No support from upper leadership. I was extremely overworked and underpaid. Everyday I came home and my entire body throbbed and ached. They will "low work load" scheduled staff to save money and leave remaining staff to high patient ratios.

Over worked, under paid, low staffed, PTO Freezes, extremely high turn over rates, policies changed DAILY! No work life balance, mandatory over time, people becoming leads that was employed with the company for a few months with no knowledge on how to lead employees or do the job themselves, 1 minute late you have to use PST no grace period, micro management, the list is LONG.

Flexible schedule and I don't feel over worked.

At this time there is no sick time.

Flexible schedule, no micromanaging, trust in their employees, positive environment.

Cannot work out of state even if the position is considered remote.

Stable Job and friendly coworkers

Could offer more flex time as far as hours go.

Flexible schedule from full time to part time work.
