*Professional setting and you work with professionals.
*Only HR team that actually listens and takes action.
*Great payroll system and good pay.
*Everything is located on campus including ATM and lunch.
Cons
*High call volumes. You also have to take calls as a QA, lead or manager.
*They will take you and place you on any account without sufficient notice regardless of what role you're currently in.
*Nasty attitude from some management but they can be easily reported. There's way more good management here than bad but you'll be unlucky if you're faced with the bad ones lol.
*A personal hate for the 24hrs accounts.
