As a DBA at ISB Global, I have the opportunity to collaborate closely with both technical and functional teams, and the level of support and teamwork across departments is exceptional. The organization fosters a culture of learning, collaboration, and professional growth, with strong exposure to modern database and cloud technologies. It’s a highly supportive environment where continuous improvement and knowledge sharing are truly encouraged.

As such, I don’t see any constraints within the company.

Good Company cuture, everyone is very supportive. No politics culture. You just need to be stick to your Job in order to grow.

The lack of projects in the pipeline is raising concerns about job security.

I had the opportunity to work at ISB Global, and it was a genuinely positive experience. The company provides a professional environment with strong engineering practices that really help you grow as an SQA/Engineer. Teamwork is a major plus here — the teams are collaborative, supportive, and always open to sharing knowledge. I also appreciated the company’s forward-thinking approach toward AI tools, which made daily tasks smarter and more efficient. Work–life balance is well maintained, and the option for work-from-home (WFH) adds great flexibility. There is no micromanagement, which builds trust and allows you to take full ownership of your work. Overall, it was a great experience working at ISB Global. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy culture and solid technical growth.

There are minimal organized events, tour arrangements or social gatherings, which could otherwise help in strengthening team bonds and enhancing company culture. Frequent micromanagement can sometimes feel restrictive and may limit the creative and problem-solving capacities of the team. It could also impact employee confidence and autonomy, which are crucial for both personal growth and job satisfaction

ISB Global stands out as one of the best workplaces I’ve experienced; easily among the top two in my career across six organizations. The company fosters a genuinely positive culture, with supportive, approachable and visionary senior leadership. Collaboration is encouraged and there’s a strong sense of purpose and respect throughout the team. I wish ISB Global continued success as they grow and scale further.

No major cons to highlight. With some more focused efforts from the sales and commercial teams; especially around setting tangible targets and aligning with market demands; the company can unlock even more potential. Staying ahead of evolving tech trends like microservices, AI, and automation would also further strengthen the product offering.

Sometimes deadlines can be tight, but it helps improve time management skills.
