Pros
I met amazing colleagues from diverse nationalities, which allowed me to learn from their cultures and new teaching skills. Also, students at the international school are more accepting of learning new ways as they have friends and teachers from various backgrounds. I also had more freedom when planning lessons. I was able to implement various ideas that other teachers had tried and brought into my classroom. My employers always welcomed new ideas when I shared them with them, and they were very open to teachers' opinions.
Cons
It can vary depending on the school. Smaller international schools usually have more duties for teachers besides teaching lessons, and the salary might not be as high compared to more prominent schools.
