What is the hiring process like at Jollibee?

I’ve noticed that Jollibee’s job site consistently keeps listings posted even when they’re no longer hiring, which is really frustrating for job seekers. I’ve applied to several positions only to find out later that they’ve already been filled or are no longer available. It feels like a waste of time and effort when all they need to do is update their listings more regularly. If they could remove or mark closed positions, it would make the job search experience so much smoother and show that they respect applicants' time. Jollibee is a well-known brand, and I’d expect better management of their recruitment process. I hope they address this issue soon.

Solid working experience, was immediately immersed in the company's culture and the departmental goals. Overall, supervisors were hands-on and cared about career development. Despite being an intern, I felt valued and welcomed.

My first job was overall a fun and fulfilling experience, filled with good people and an easy-to-handle workload. The team was mostly supportive, and I learned a lot from the tasks and responsibilities I was given, which helped me grow both personally and professionally. The environment was vibrant, and I built some great connections with my coworkers, who made the workplace feel welcoming and collaborative. It was a simple job that gave me a strong foundation for future opportunities.

However, there were some downsides, particularly with one supervisor whose rude comment about my weight dampened the otherwise positive atmosphere. That uncalled-for remark left a bad impression, making me feel undervalued despite my hard work. Aside from that, though, the overall vibe of the place was good, and I left with more knowledge and experience than I had going in.
