Bad employee retainment. Always laying off people and lying to employees. Everyone is just a number here. Every year we all think we’re getting laid off no matter how well we perform.

Some teams have pervasive toxicity and flagrant favoritism. HR is useless and protects management that bully and lie about employees. Tarnishes the good people and good intentions of the others.
