1) Large company w/ diff. dept. to be in
2) Safety is a priority
3) Some really nice and knowledgeable workers/management
Cons
1) Hard to get a raise unless you pucker up to management
2) A lot of times - "Hurry up and wait"
3) More often than not you're told to go slower/make it last when you should be lighting a fire under your butts and then get reamed for not going quick enough..... All before 1st break.
4) Multimillion dollar company easily but somehow can't find the funds to reimburse someone's tools that were stolen from the gang box inside the boss's job trailer
