Cons
Worst culture ever. Design Product heads and production head are toxic and have no real talent. Just friends of the owner and thats how they have got the job and have been there for ages.. maybe because they know that they wont get hired elsewhere. A literal mad house . All design team is working till 8/9 at night. No growth . No peace of mind
