What is the hiring process like at Marshalls?

easy hiring process, just a simple apply online or walk-in, and then one interview, basic interview questions

physical labor job, disorganized stock room

Very easy process the hiring manger was so nice and overall nice staff

Some employees does not work very har which can be annoying some times

Lots of my coworkers were amazing, very few issues. Very open and accepting workplace. No testing needed, interview was almost just a general conversation.

Had a couple issues with a couple managers. They handled some things very unprofessionally and out loud, which seems very against any company policy that I know of, including their own. Because they were management there was not much to be done unless you took the lengthy process road. Meanwhile the road you get to travel is no longer looking forward to going to work and a lack of hours. At a whooping $13/hr and 4 hrs a week that began to determine the entire weeks schedule, why bother?
