Pros
-Salary is good, however incentives are impossible to receive unless all branches in your area has able to meet or surpass the target sales for the month/year.
-Holiday is a double pay day, they will still pay you even though you are on your rest day.
-Good benefits and bonuses.
-Employees are fun to be with, but beware of backstabbers, sometimes the one whose quite, says a lot of bad things about you when you're not around.
Cons
-Bad management, even there's a typhoon and your area is already flooded, you still have to work unless you have a good kind-hearted area manager who won't risk your safety and will not force you to work.
-In my branch designation, the store is so bad especially when raining heavily, the roof has lot of holes so the water drips on the items and the store inside will be flooded. Lots of works to do, all the cleaning and mapping that the cleaning staff should do, became our responsibility.
