I worked at MoveInSync for 3 years as a QA Software Engineer, and my experience ended in the worst possible way. While I was pregnant, the company abruptly terminated my employment with no valid reason, no notice, and no support. I reached out multiple times to HR and management, but all my requests for help and clarity were ignored. This showed a complete lack of humanity, ethics, and basic decency. It is clear that MoveInSync does not value loyal employees or respect women’s rights. Their handling of this situation was discriminatory, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. If you are considering working here, be prepared for a culture that does not stand by employees during important life events and has no effective policies to protect women
