What is the salary like at O'Charley's?

Good pay, good environment, good customers

Bad management, over worked, and under appreciated

Flexibility, Tips, Discount, Part-time or Full-time

Long hours sometimes, base pay not great,

Good work life balance, great coworkers

Slow season is unreliable but the money was good in the summer

I can not think of a single one

Management is non-existant, which makes what should be a pretty easy job, extremely stressful, and definitely not worth the pay. Most of the staff are lazy as the can be. There's an atmosphere of "Every man for himself", when it should be a team effort. I was employed there for over a decade, and was let go on the drop of a dime, without any severance, or even a kind word from anyone. Unless you're a glutton for punishment like I was, I would not recommend Ocharley's as a company, or as a individual store.

It was fine. Coworkers were fun, food was delicious

Very very little money. Clientele is low brow
