      Pros

Hands down the best high growth startup culture you can find. One that prioritizes work/life balance while trying to continue to push the envelope on innovation.

      Cons

Just maybe sometimes you can't have just great culture and balance, and yet meet rapid deadlines? So far though I have been impressed with how these haven't been intuitively linked!

Great culture and remote work, but pressure and low pay

      Pros

      - Culture is Great - Most coworkers are approachable and awesome - Fully remote work

      Cons

Over the last six months, the company culture and day-to-day experience have changed significantly, and depending on the team, it has become increasingly challenging. Workloads have continued to grow, leading to faster burnout and unrealistic performance expectations. New leadership has been brought into the organization without strong industry-specific experience, which has created concerns around decision-making and overall direction. My team often feels stretched too thin, with constantly shifting priorities and metrics that can feel impossible to meet. There is very little recognition for the work being done, which becomes discouraging over time. It often feels like everything is treated as urgent, making it difficult to focus on what truly matters and creating a constant sense of pressure. Compensation is also a major concern. There seems to be a broad understanding across teams that pay is below market compared to competitors in the same industry. When raises are minimal or infrequent such as only receiving one raise in two years it naturally makes employees question their long-term future with the company.
