Pros
They (used to) pay well
Food and great coffee at the office
Company events done at great scale and with attention to detail (no expense spared)
Interesting challenges to work on
Informal dress-code
They invest in some trainings for you
Cons
No opportunity to work from home
Extremely arrogant: they think they are the smartest out there. Debatable
It's definitely not a flat organization. Lots of micro-management and lack of flexibility.
Multiple roadblocks due to the tech set-up: lots of tools just don't work at their "normal" capacity
Macho culture: focus almost solely on the profit, not so much on the employees and culture
Favoritism of friends and relatives in the interview process
Dated office with clutter and stained carpet, which they think looks great for some reason.
