What is the salary like at Pandora Jewelry?

Great and healthy work environment I worked in a lot of companies and I rarely been surrounded by ONLY great people. I have not met yet weird / big ego profiles at Pandora. The flexibility is great, the salary as well and the work culture. So far the best employer I've been working with.

No cons for now, as I am very happy about everything.

We need to be approaching the clients all the time even if we approached already twice and sometimes clients don’t like that but we’re obligated to do it

If you work hard and want to succeed Pandora will support you and offer you so many opportunities you wouldn't dream of in another company. They have a great benefits package including good pay compared to normal high street retailers. They have strong company values and listen to employees.

Very fast paced and relentless, as they are always trying to improve and stay on top of the game. It can be tiring sometimes. They strive for the best so if that's not in your personality it can be difficult to succeed.

No work life balance, very high pressure

I had an awesome manager who was very accommodating so it helped a lot. Employees’ benefits are generous, I believe it’s how they keep workers around (big incentive)

The pay is awfully low, not a lot of chances of getting a significant raise unless you get promoted but even then, it’s not too much of a difference. If you’re disabled or have a chronic illness it can be tricky to feel like you’re doing enough as a worker. It’s a matter that heavily depends on your management team. The work system isn’t too kind to employees dealing with such things so I wouldn’t say it’s totally on their side, still it is something to be made aware of.
