What is the hiring process like at Parsons Corporation?

Its a large company that stems back to the US. I have not experience the Parsons in the US, so cannot give any direct comparisons, but I can give my experience with the branch I have worked for which is Saudi Arabian Parsons, The selection process is of a slightly higher standard than most, so the caliber of people that join are good. Gives yearly training.

I dont like how they issue salaries. It is never on the same date ever.

They hire within before seeking talent outside the organization.

Hours are a bit long.

Really simple application/interview process, ok pay, open ended work that lets you take lead on a project.

no benefits, no relocation assistance, annoying security clearance restrictions.

Very employee-centric company from initial hiring until departure.

I didn't experience any cons
