Very poor communication. Superiors are not team players. Poor leadership who see fit to delegate every menial task but turn their nose up at doing work they deem is below them. No compassion/understanding for life circumstances no matter how serious. Cruel and unfair treatment of employees. They will be on your back all day everyday about everything, even down to the smallest, stupidest semantic details. No protection from HR or upper management. They are not on your side. If you raise a complaint to HR a target is put on your back and you will be bullied into putting in your resignation. Proving yourself to be a reliable and efficient employee gets you nowhere. You will be reprimanded and looked down upon for every small mistake no matter how fixable. Your inbox will be flooded with passive aggressive emails from your superior who does next to nothing but sit at their desk all day criticizing everything. Extremely demoralizing. My mental health spiraled working here. Nobody is on your side if you have a genuine concern about your department. I would have stayed as I truly did enjoy the job and interacting with patients but chose to leave for my own sanity.
