Like many companies in the services domain, evaluations such as mock interviews may be conducted to help individuals prepare for client interactions, but these are always shared transparently and intended to support—not exploit—our employees.
🔹 Resume Handling
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against falsifying experience or information. Any updates to profiles are done only with the candidate’s consent and full visibility, aligned with their actual project history.
🔹 Data Security & Compliance
We take data privacy, security, and client confidentiality extremely seriously. Any data-sharing practices are governed by client agreements and internal security protocols. The claims made regarding storage and unethical training access are factually incorrect and misleading.
🔹 Work Culture & Policies
Yes, we follow a disciplined approach to attendance and updates to ensure transparency and accountability in remote or hybrid teams. This is a standard industry practice and not “micromanagement.”
Leave policies are clearly communicated at the time of joining, including categories like emergency and earned leaves—designed to balance flexibility and planning.
