Cannot find any pros for this company

They will make you give mock interviews after you have joined the company. I myself gave 12-3 mock interviews for a new client. That client has also left this company. This is not an IT company, This is a staffing company. They are not hiring for projects, They are hiring for you to work as Individual Contributor/Contractor. They are now left with only one big Client. Worst people. They have this excel sheet that you have to fill for attendance, apart from this you have to message in group on login, logout and when you are going for lunch and when you are coming back from lunch, literal micromanagement. After from this you have to maintain separate sheets for daily scrums. They will edit your resume and will fake your number of experience and your projects to make your list of projects lengthy and submit this fake resume to clients and ask more than they are eligible for. Stupid CEO/CTO never worked a day as developer, go and check their linkedin profiles. Don't know nothing about the tech. For the training they use a shared udemy accounts that client has provided to the employees but they are using it for the training of new hires, Totally unethical. They have stored all the critical and sensitive information of the client related projects in their google drives which is not allowed. And No increment, worst leave policies. They have this concept of emergency leaves and paid leaves. They give only 5 emergency leaves for whole year which you can take same day but for earned leaves you have to get approval 1 week prior otherwise your salary would be subtracted. They don't have money for new laptops they will ask you company laptop to give to someone else, this much poor they are. Humble request to anyone who is joining this company Don't join !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't join anytime, you will regret only, less salary, no WFH, micromanagement at peak, worst Team lead, worst mentor don't know how to behave
