Long hours, low pay, you are a "salary employee" and if you work less than 46 hours a week, they will deduct it from your pay but if you work more than 46 hours, you don't get overtime, horrible benefits, no appreciation, the owner of this franchise don't care about the employees. You cant even blink because someone is always looking over the cameras to check what you are doing,

I enjoyed working here. It’s a great way to start front desk experience as well as it’s motivating if you’re someone who likes to work out.

Has anywhere else you’ll find yourself back in high school but within the bounds of the job itself, you get paid minimum wage and you do what you’re expected. You’re good.
