      Nice People, Challenges Managing Change

      Pros

Very nice people, good working environment, work from home.

      Cons

Challenges adapting to change, lack of ownership on initiatives, little support or direction from leaders in this particular area of the organization, top-down approach to change management

Low compensation, no opportunity for growth

      Pros

-work from home -the people are great

      Cons

-compensation is very low compared to market -no future career planning or growth opportunities. Seems like people are promoted if they or their manager has sway with the execs/c-suites that stick together and take care of their own

Thank you for sharing your experience. As we consistently seek to improve as an organization, direct and honest feedback from Phixers is invaluable to us. In the past year, Prophix has expanded the scale and sophistication of our employee feedback initiatives, and these efforts have led to tangible changes in the way Prophix operates. For instance, we're in the process of launching Phixer Ignite this Fall, a new performance enablement process designed to enrich the development of employees by adopting a more continuance feedback process and to align individual goals with organizational objectives with a renewed focus on accountability. Our continuous feedback tools, include a more robust method for 1-1 meetings and more recently, the introduction of 360 Effectiveness Surveys via Culture Amp. In the meantime, we hope you will continue to provide open and honest feedback and ask that you contact Vita DiSerio, VP of People & Culture, if we can address your concerns directly.

      Pros

There are no pros to working at Prophix

      Cons

After 5+ years of complete wfh flexibility, the CEO, on an OPTIONAL meeting, announced that managers were being mandated back 2 days a week in ~2 months. Now, just under 1 month from that becoming effective, and official email from HR has been sent. So let's recap, after 5-years of wfh and after an office move, and now people leaders (not just "managers") need to up end their lives to get to an office 2 days a week. The fact that this is happening as there is an ongoing effort to sell the company feels like no coincidence to anyone. What's the easiest way to shed headcount without paying severance?

      Pros

Prophix is a very hybrid environment where the balance between work and your private life is highly valued. They promote employee accomplishments and also encourage personal growth through all kinds of different programs.

      Cons

I personally do not see many cons but some might have a difficult time fitting into roles in countries where there is few employees. You have to embrace the remote work life style. You might not see your colleagues in person as often as you would like.

      Pros

Encourages and supports career growth, innovative company with strong leadership, great culture, and CSR initiatives. Lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteering to give back to the community. Pay and benefits are competitive. Hybrid work model, mostly WFH with some in-person meetings, which is also awesome because the office is amazing.

      Cons

I'm 3 years in and so far have no cons to complain about.
