What is working from home like at REVA Global?

Work from home is one of the main reason I stayed with Reva plus the benefits are amazing. Happy to say I've been with the company for 6 years.

I dont see any cons all are good

Have the ability to work from home and enjoy the perks of hassle-free travel. Easy filing and approval of leaves.

If you stay for a long time there's nothing to look forward to other than the loyalty bonuses for 3 years and up. Yearly increase would be something to look forward to.

Before I applied with the company, I've been researching and checking testimonials from employees and one thing that caught my attention is the stability. I like how they value each member of the company. No wonder a friend of mine have been working with REVA for 3-4 years already. The management is approachable as well. And of course the advantage of working from home and how they value work life balance.

I believe REVA can do more when it comes to compensation and benefits. The competition of different VA Companies now, I would say REVA could offer Health Insurance to their employees at day 1. That's my downside with REVA, you can get your insurance once you are 6 months active with a client. The pay is also low compare to others. Although there is an increase after 6 months but not much.

Permanent work from home REVA will look for clients to match with you Work and Life Balance

Fixed rate per hour Cannot get raised in hourly rate unless client gives you one after staying with client for 1 year Personally, I got stuck with RE clients. (I hope I can get different type of clients)

I've been working in the BPO industry for more than 7 years, and it has always been my dream to work from home. REVA gave me that opportunity, and I’m truly grateful for it. Being with REVA for a year now has been an amazing journey. It has allowed me to grow, find balance, and pursue my goals while working in the comfort of my home. I’m always grateful for the trust, support, and opportunities that continue to come my way.

Honestly, I don’t have any cons to share. My experience has been nothing but positive so far. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity and everything that comes with it.

There are no cons that I can think about.

One of the best reason to work at REVA Global is the opportunity to work from home while earning much more than those who are working on-site.

I guess if there's any downside for me is that I miss the relationship and bond between co-workers in person.

The ability to work from home has had a positive impact on my mental health. I also appreciate the company’s initiatives to promote well-being, such as Charity events, Summer events and Year-end events.

Nothing that I could think of because this company not only prioritizes the mental health of its employees but also takes good care of their physical health by providing HMO coverage.
