What are pay raises like at RTX?

Fulfilling work in design and production engineering tasks.

Unless you leave the company, it is sometimes difficult to move up or receive higher pay raises.

Great place to start easy to get hired. Very nice people and low stress. Big company so you can’t make your career what you want, just find a good mentor. Great work life balance. I never have to work more than 40 and they are flexible if you have a larger team to support engineering.

P3 and above in their 50s are just coasting, holding spots. No promote-in-place, you have to apply to a req. this means you have to typically move locations to get a pay raise. Very slow to hire when there is turnover.
