This company is fantastic. The managers are great and they supply really good support. The DC's are professional, and good to be around. The culture is great. The product is the best in the nation when it comes to windows and doors.

The DC to lead ratio is not good. The way the system is set up now, there will always be new people being hired to replace those that are leaving. Yes, there are a handful of DC's that have been there for years but there will be a cycle of hiring 10 new DC's to replace the ones who weren't getting leads. I was really bummed to have to look elsewhere for a job because I really loved it.

-can work from home -coworkers are nice -weekly pay

-during training they will ask you to study, log into Microsoft teams and meet up with your coworkers to practice, go pick up your laptop, complete your new hire paperwork (I9) all OFF CLOCK. Sorry you don’t pay me enough for that and I can smell a lawsuit -constant harassing of customers. They make the leads look fresh but in reality everyone is getting the same leads over and over and you either get hung up on or screamed at by customers. -everyone needs to be soooo scripted -extremely micromanaged that they even track your time in the bathroom so I hope you never have to poop on the clock -they have a “strike” policy which is ridiculous. So quick to chop people -your first 75 min you’re not allowed to leave your desk.

Rba has wasted three weeks of my time training, which is a training but the trainer who is already one year from retirement is ruthless and even when you pass the assessment and all the tests and complete the homework on time and show up late after breaks that he gives out he will let you go from the class no matter how many chances he gives you he doesn’t care about you or about or the company in hiring million dollar reps from high paid companies like I have came from this is a franchise who is delusional and hiring sales reps and selling over price windows Do not waste your time applying for this company and taking the time out of your day to go interview because half of the class we did pointless exercises that had nothing to do with window training and it just extended the training period for longer than it should’ve been And the trainer is racist and discriminative towards people.
