What is working from home like at Renewal by Andersen?

Great people, opportunities for growth, flexible work/life balance, work from home. Management cares, rare to find.

have to work a few nights and weekends. Role is repetitive, as is in any call center but that is a con. hourly pay rate is okay, bonuses make up for it.

Very accommodating place to work. Benefits could be improved. Good organization and management. Excellent work life balance.

Interdepartmental communication lacks from time to time but not always

-during training they will ask you to study, log into Microsoft teams and meet up with your coworkers to practice, go pick up your laptop, complete your new hire paperwork (I9) all OFF CLOCK. Sorry you don’t pay me enough for that and I can smell a lawsuit -constant harassing of customers. They make the leads look fresh but in reality everyone is getting the same leads over and over and you either get hung up on or screamed at by customers. -everyone needs to be soooo scripted -extremely micromanaged that they even track your time in the bathroom so I hope you never have to poop on the clock -they have a “strike” policy which is ridiculous. So quick to chop people -your first 75 min you’re not allowed to leave your desk.

Career opportunities. This is a great place to begin your career. I've been with the company under 2 years and have already been promoted to management.

Not a lot of flexibility. If you are in the office, there are very few opportunities to work from home.

Poor management and training. Very unorganized and no one seems to know what’s going on most the time.

work life balance is understood, work schedule, workload is manageable, generous 401k matching, offers health benefits, tons of career opportunities as people are promoted within. The president is approachable and the staff are treated like they REALLY are appreciated. We have staff events and fun little perks that help with that. Weekly pay!

The pay could be more comparable to other places, but the benefits help offset this. Not able to work from home even though the job could be done there at times.

decent pay with bonuses and (after one year) profit sharing. Paid weekly. Hybrid office/work from home (after four months). Open and communicative management, in-depth training, lots of small perks like catered lunches, happy hours, a good amount of PTO and sick time, company-branded swag. Management is always happy to give you the things you need to do your job, be it more training or physical equipment.

strict schedules. Must come in at time X, break at time Y, lunch at time Z, etc. If you need to leave early, you are required to use PTO or sick time, even if you already have overtime for the week. No unpaid leave.
