Pros
- Training programs are somewhat beneficial.
- Salaries are paid on time.
Cons
- Extremely poor management decisions that have negatively impacted both employees and clients, especially after the Rentokil–Boecker merger, with frequent changes and an unclear vision.
- The new commission structure has made it nearly impossible for sales consultants to earn what they used to, despite already low base salaries.
- No work-life balance; long hours and constant pressure are the norm.
- Service quality has declined while prices remain significantly higher than competitors, making it very difficult to sell, while the management is still in denial.
- Excessive admin & manual work that drains energy unnecessarily. (Too many spreadsheets, lack of communication tools between different departments, no CRM, etc.)
- Very limited growth opportunities and unclear career paths.
- Sales targets are unrealistic, no matter the grind.
