- For IT, need to possess own transport because have to rotate between offices located at different location. For me, it is still bearable. Not sure about the others.

Flexible work schedule. Great Colleagues. The procurement department under former VP was great. I like their 401K match and fair vesting period (3 years). Benefits are great, but the costs have been increased by management.

Lack of training and transparency on career trajectory. There is no incentives or bonuses for the overachievers. In exchange, we have steady and decent income as well as workload. After the merger with Terminix, the company has a new CEO and VP for procurement.
