      Pros

Provide free breakfast and lunch but good luck finding time to eat them,

      Cons

I’ve never experienced such full-blown, unhinged toxicity in my entire career. • From day one, my manager showed no pretense of professionalism or courtesy—yelling at me multiple times in the first week alone. • Late-night message bombs (20–30 critical messages sent in quick succession) are the norm, sometimes cc’d skip level. • Extremely micro-manage. Request to review every single thing you send to outside of your team. Can't reach out to business partners without permission. • Criticize everything. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. • Everyone works around the clock. Meeting scheduled at 7:30 AM and start at 7:40 AM, and everyone attended. • Everything is a fire drill, with expectations for immediate turnaround, Everyone is over-worked which add to the tension of the team. With the fiscal year aligning with the calendar year, the holiday season also becomes the busiest time of the year. • High turnover on the team. Multiple new hires leave within three months. • Members from different teams are engaging in heated arguments in the group chat, using unprofessional language and even threatening to escalate issues to their respective managers. • The company enforces the strictest RTO policy—missing even one day results in a zero quarterly bonus. Requests for temporary remote work accommodations for those with serious health concerns were either denied, or took forever to get approved.
