How are promotions handled at Roessel Joy?

I've been at RJ for over a year and I really enjoy it. The team is very supportive, we have a strong tech stack, and the commissions are great. A lot of upward mobility as I'm already in line for promotion.

You have to work really hard to be successful at RJ. This is not for someone who wants to coast as you need to be career oriented. In office 4 days per week, but the team makes it worth it.

Great place to work if you want to be in sales. If you put in the effort, there is a very competitive commission structure and lots of opportunity for promotions. Great culture, benefits, and supportive management.

Like any sales role, there is a learning curve and effort required. Beware of negative reviews from bitter employees that were not successful in their roles.
