I had 5 different managers in three months

Hiring process is Easy and foods in pantry are ok

The trainers who are supposed to be our immediate supervisors here seems like they don't know anything about the company. they keep referring our questions to other departments, shouldn't they atleast know something during the orientation? They kept relying on other departments with regards to the answers to our questions.

I am just now about to start but so far hiring process has been thurough, theyre respectful and everythings happening in a timely fashion.

So far nothing I have noticed.

The team leader was extremely demanding and often created a high-pressure environment, with little regard for work-life balance. There were instances of unprofessional behavior, including threats and a lack of support.

They are the best company I've worked in. From the screening, interview process, nesting, trainining and going live. We were guided along the way by the leadership, training team is Great! Team Leaders are professionals. Managers are humble and approachable. Pay and benefits are Great and there is opportunity to grow.

Internal growth remains inconsistent, as external leaders often prioritize hiring from their previous organizations over developing existing talent. Perceived favoritism toward external networks, even when internally grown employees demonstrate stronger performance and business knowledge.
