The pay isn’t great, and not a lot of room for growth. It’s a great part time job if you don’t have benefits at your full time job, or if you’re newer in retail management. You still need experience in management, but it’s a great stepping stone.

Absolutely nothing about working for this awful company

Terrible pay, no raises, overwhelming workload, they blame you for not making metrics when their business is just failing in general, upper management mentally and emotionally abuses you, they constantly threaten your job over not making numbers, they don't care about anyone who works for them, just about making money. Your voice is not heard in this company. They'll run you into the ground for little pay and then toss you to the curb at their convenience with no care or concern for your well being. Nothing about this company is worth it.

They don’t do raises except for once a year, they don’t promote, if you want to grow you have to beg but even then they won’t help, and god forbid your coworker becomes aggressive with you because management will take the side of the aggressor and will actively blame you for the stores problems. Just don’t have any mental disabilities because from personal experience, they’ll still blame you

they watch you on cameras 24/7, insult your attire, don't care about anything besides getting credit card sign ups, rude upper management, no growth opportunity, tons of stores closing, horrible pay, raises are like .30 cents. workload to payoff doesn't equate. hq does nothing to increase foot traffic, its on you.

The discounts are ok and so are getting products first!

Upper management is not held accountable. HR is not held accountable. The pay is so low for staff and lower management, you might as well be babysitting all day. I would strongly reconsider a career here, unless you like superficial relationships, then you are a shoe-in. I literally have nothing nice to say, except that those burned have learned a lot and hope they use the experiences openly.

I've worked there for 3 years now and make the same as starting employees because every time minimum wage goes up I lose my previous raises, management is a mess and we haven't had an actual district manager in months just fill in ones with different expectations every time they swap

Everyone is very welcoming, and it's truly a fun place to work because each day is full of excitement with helping customers. They also offer healthcare and 401K benefits to full and part-time employee's.

We do not get bonuses and the pay is a little low.

Work /life balance is good, training is good.

Minimum wage isn’t great, could raise to be in line with competitors
