What is a typical working day like at Securitas?

Standing outside in the sun for whole shift no break, site supervisor talks to people rudely in front of other employees.

Rotating shifts are quite common.

Not very good pay, not the best working atmosphere, no big career chances without brown nosing

Consistent work and easy tasks

Evening and night work was the only availability

Most guards I've worked with will argue there is no forward progression in this company. That is simply not true, If you show you care about your job you will promote very fast. I was promoted in less than 6 months. This job is what you make it and i highly recommend it.

Often odd hours (but they have night differential) so not really a con in my opinion
