Does Sherwin-Williams have a pension plan?

Pros

Sherwin takes care of their employees with fantastic health benefits, 401k package with 6% company match, pension plan, year end bonuses, and the industry average vacation time. Cons

The only con that I can see, and it would be a more department specific con, is the inability to really move to another role or be promoted where I am now. I would have to leave the company if I were to want to try another department. Opportunity for growth isn't available to all in certain locations.
