Decent benefits, OK pay, possibility for remote work (the latter may not last for long, though).
Cons
Absentee leadership, cliquish culture, unclear direction. Very limited room for growth. To compensate for all that and make sure everybody 'feels good', mandatory entertainment events with trivia and/or professional comedians.
