TBC has good benefits. They plan fun events occasionally that help you meet other departments. They provide you free breakfast every pay week. Some what flexible scheduling. Hybrid.
Cons
They definitely do not pay employees what they should be paid. Merit increases are a joke. They'll pay someone off the street 10x more than a tenured employee that is deserving. They will lay off a whole department and give the work load of multiple people to the last ones standing, with no raise, no promotion, nothing. I have gone through 4 different layoffs with the company and it just goes to show you are just a number to them. Layoffs while still hiring? That's comical. BEWARE.
