I promptly filled out their form and even followed up with an email clearly stating my availability for a virtual interview. Despite doing everything on my part and being flexible, I received no further communication for over 24 hours—only to be later informed that my application was "unsuccessful." This sudden and contradictory response raises serious concerns about how organized and respectful the TELUS recruitment process really is. It's not just frustrating, it feels careless and inconsiderate to candidates who take the time to engage seriously with the opportunity. If this is how the company handles potential hires, I worry about how it treats its employees. The lack of communication, inconsistency between teams, and what felt like a templated rejection despite previous interest, all speak to a poorly managed and uncoordinated hiring process.
